Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed on magentavisuals.com (Magenta Visuals) is Adam Ziółko, Warsaw, Poland. For any privacy question or request, email[email protected].

You can browse and download photos without an account. The site has no public sign-up, newsletter, or payments.

What we process and why

• Your cookie choice. Whether you accepted or declined analytics, so the banner does not reappear. Legal basis: legitimate interest in remembering your decision (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics records page views, clicks on photos, downloads (including the chosen size), and technical data such as browser, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Limited measurement if you decline. No analytics cookies are set. Through Google Consent Mode, Google may still receive cookieless signals used to estimate overall traffic. Legal basis: legitimate interest in aggregate usage statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Server and delivery logs. Like any website, the server and file delivery process your IP address, request time, requested address, and browser user agent to serve pages and files and to protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site shows no ads, does not use your data for advertising or profiling, and makes no automated decisions about you.

Cookies and local storage

• mv_consent cookie and mv_consent local storage entry — strictly necessary; store your Accept or Decline choice. Set only after you choose. The cookie expires after 180 days.
• _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies (measurement IDG-TFN9RKX1Z3), set only after you accept. They expire after up to 2 years.

Service providers

• Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC — analytics.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — storage and delivery of photo files and previews.

These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Transfers outside the EEA

Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified, and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long data is kept

• Cookie choice: 180 days, or until you clear site data.
• Analytics: according to the retention setting of the Google Analytics property.
• Server logs: only as long as needed for operation and security.
• Download links: signed links expire shortly after they are created.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing site data for magentavisuals.com and choosing Decline when the banner reappears; this does not affect processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, email[email protected]. Analytics data is not linked to names or email addresses, so we may be unable to identify which records relate to you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw,uodo.gov.pl.

Children

The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
